This information is necessary to authenticate your access, personalize your App experience, and communicate important updates.
Collected to understand how you interact with Titi, enabling us to improve functionality:
· Frequency of App launches and session duration
· Interaction with specific features (e.g., use of filters, editing tools, sharing functions)
· Content-related actions (e.g., saving projects, deleting creations)
This data is aggregated and analyzed to identify user needs, resolve usability issues, and prioritize feature development.
Gathered to ensure Titi operates optimally across devices:
· Device model (e.g., Xiaomi 14, iPad Air 5th Gen)
· Operating system (OS) version (e.g., iOS 18, Android 16)
· Browser type and version (for web-based access to Titi)
· Unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, UDID) where necessary to resolve technical errors
This information is used exclusively to troubleshoot glitches, enhance compatibility, and maintain App performance.
Only collected if you explicitly enable location services for Titi:
· Approximate geographic location (derived from GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular data)
This data supports location-based features, such as regional design templates or local trend recommendations. You may disable location access at any time via your device settings, with no impact on core App functionality.
All use of your information aligns with the purpose of improving your Titi experience, including:
· App Enhancement: Analyzing usage data to fix software bugs, optimize loading speeds, and develop new features that align with user demand (e.g., adding requested filter styles).
· Personalization: Tailoring App content and interface to your habits—for instance, prioritizing frequently used tools on the home screen or suggesting relevant templates based on past creations.
· Communication: Sending essential updates, including App version releases, maintenance notifications, and limited-time offers related to Titi’s core functionality. Marketing communications may be opted out of (see Section 6).
· Customer Support: Using device and usage data to resolve user inquiries efficiently (e.g., troubleshooting a project-saving error without requiring you to provide redundant details).
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by applicable law:
· Account Information: Retained for the duration of your account’s active status. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize this data within 30 business days, unless legal obligations (e.g., tax record retention) require longer storage.
· Usage & Device Data: Retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form for up to 12 months after last collection, to support long-term App improvement. Identifiable usage data is deleted once it no longer serves troubleshooting or personalization needs.
· Location Information: Retained only while location services are enabled, or for 30 days after disablement—whichever comes first.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Disclosure is limited to the following scenarios:
Third-party vendors who assist in delivering Titi’s services, and are bound by confidentiality agreements:
· Cloud storage providers (to host App data and user projects securely)
· Payment processors (to handle in-app purchases, if applicable)
· Analytics tools (to aggregate usage data for App improvement)
These providers may only access your information to perform their contracted services, and may not use it for independent purposes.

Titi is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 17 (“Minors”). We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from Minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a Minor without parental consent, we will delete such information immediately. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided information to us may contact us at starlitGlade890301@163.com to request deletion.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements, App functionality, or data practices. When updates are made:
· A revised Policy will be posted in the App and on our website (if applicable), with the “Effective Date” updated.
· We will notify you of material changes via email (to your registered address) or in-App notification, at least 7 days before the revised Policy takes effect.
